Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Account Handler. The Commercial Account Handler will be responsible for managing renewals, delivering excellent customer service, account management, and providing insurance solutions for commercial clients. The Commercial Account Handler will also liaise with insurers and underwriters to ensure clients have the best possible cover options and price.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Renewals and Account Management within the insurance industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• In-depth knowledge of different types of insurance and the insurance market
• Proven track record in delivering customised insurance solutions for clients
• Experience in working for an insurance brokerage would be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work and competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
